Many of our customers live with reduced mobility, sight loss, hearing loss or conditions that affect how they use a computer or phone. We want this website to work well for all of them. This statement explains what we have done so far, what we are still working on, and how to get help.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the recognised standard for accessible websites. We are not there yet on every page. Accessibility is not a one-off job for us: we are continuing to review and improve the website as we add products and pages, and we act on feedback from the people who use it.
We are working through these and will update this statement as we make progress.
